Return Policy

We want you to have a great experience ordering from us.  You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the item.  We are unable to pay for the return shipping due to the logistics of handling that request. We are unable to accept any returns on custom and personalized items. 

Our products are of very high quality and we take pride in having world class craftmanship.  If for some reason there is any problem with your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for engraved customized items. 

You can expect to receive a refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (usually 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  Unlike other websites, we actually respond!


Most orders ship out within 1 business day. Engraved orders will ship out within 3-5 business days.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that we must declare the value and type of merchandise being shipped (and we cannot by law declare it as a gift).  Your country's customs may decide to hold the item which is outside of our control.  Please allow additional delivery time depending on your country.  In addition, your country may impose a range of customs and/or import fees.  We have no control over what they may be and is the buyer's responsibility to pay any additional fees they may impose.  Please contact your local customs agency if you have any questions.

Please also note that our free shipping program is First Class US Postal Service.  We have been able to get most items to most places without incident using this option.  Should you desire a different US Postal Service option or the use of UPS or FedEx, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate the request.  Additional shipping cost may apply.
